Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JustShoot website (justshoot.in) and the JustShoot platform (app.justshoot.in). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The short version. JustShoot is an AI tool that helps YouTube creators produce videos. plans from ₹499/month (incl. GST) for a fixed number of full video scripts per month — no rollover — with a 7-day free trial (2 scripts), cancel anytime. You own what you create. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs — you must fact-check before publishing. Liability is capped at what you have paid us in the last 12 months. Disputes go to courts in Ahmedabad, India.

1. Acceptance

By clicking "Sign up", "Start free trial", or by using the Service, you confirm that you (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have read these Terms, and (c) agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You may register one account per individual.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@justshoot.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share credentials, resell access, or use the Service to create accounts in bulk.

3. The Service

JustShoot orchestrates nine specialised AI agents (Topic Research, Script Research, Fact Check, Legal Review, Script Writer, Storyboard, Thumbnail, SEO & Metadata, Distribution) built on top of Anthropic's Claude API. The agents produce text drafts, prompts, and metadata; they do not film, edit video, or upload to YouTube.

4. AI-generated content — disclaimer

AI outputs may contain factual errors, outdated information, hallucinated statistics, or unintentional bias.
You must fact-check, edit, and exercise editorial judgement before publishing anything generated by JustShoot.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish based on JustShoot outputs. We are not liable for defamation, factual inaccuracy, IP infringement, or regulatory issues in your final video.
The Fact Check agent is a research aid, not a guarantee. Its "verified" status reflects what its sources said at the time of the call, not absolute truth.

5. Subscription & billing

Free trial: 7 days of full pipeline access, no payment method required. The trial ends automatically — your account is downgraded to read-only unless you start a paid subscription.
Paid plans: Starter ₹499/month (3 full video scripts) and Creator ₹999/month (4 scripts), each charged on a monthly recurring basis from the date you start the subscription. Every plan runs the full 9-agent pipeline; plans differ only by the number of full video scripts per month, which do not roll over.
Taxes: prices are inclusive of 18% GST.
Payment processor: billing is handled by Razorpay. You agree to their terms when you provide a payment method.
Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before any price change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Failed payments: if payment fails, we will retry up to three times over 7 days. After that, your account is downgraded to read-only.

6. Cancellation & refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms. Summary: cancel from your dashboard in one click. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months, except where we are at fault (sustained outage, billing error).

7. Acceptable use

You may not use JustShoot to:

Generate content that is illegal under Indian law (defamation, hate speech, incitement, CSAM, etc.).
Generate or distribute content that infringes any third-party IP.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our system prompts.
Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
Probe, attack, or attempt to compromise the Service or infrastructure.
Create accounts on behalf of others or evade rate limits.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual property

Your content: You own everything you input (channel info, reference videos, edits) and everything the agents generate for you (scripts, briefs, thumbnails, SEO packages). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to run the Service.
Our platform: the JustShoot software, brand, agent system prompts, Tone Fingerprint architecture, and all related IP are owned by us. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.
Marketing use: we will not feature your content, name, or channel in our marketing without your explicit written consent.
Feedback: if you send us suggestions, we may use them without compensation.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on Anthropic (Claude), Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, Resend, Google Analytics, and our payment processor. Their terms and privacy policies apply to data they process. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost revenue, lost views, missed brand deals, or reputational harm.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by us).

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) content you publish based on JustShoot outputs, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 14, and 15 survive termination.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 15, courts at Ahmedabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Disputes

Before filing any court action, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by writing to legal@justshoot.in and giving us 30 days to respond. Both parties may agree to refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Ahmedabad, India, in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.

16. Miscellaneous

Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor entity.
Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form the complete agreement.
