Question 1

Does JustShoot replace a SEBI lawyer for my finance YouTube channel?

Accepted Answer

No. The Legal Review agent flags trigger phrases (guarantee returns, sure-shot tip, multibagger call, F&O loss-rate omissions) and proposes SEBI-safe rewrites. It catches the 90% of phrasing issues that get finance YouTubers de-monetized or de-platformed. For actual legal opinions on specific advisory language, you still need a SEBI-registered IA + a lawyer.

Question 2

Why is finance pricing the same as general JustShoot pricing?

Accepted Answer

The 9-agent pipeline is the same product — Tone Fingerprint, research, fact-check, script, storyboard, thumbnails, SEO, shorts. Finance creators get the same monthly script allowance. The Legal Review agent's SEBI rewrite layer ships included on every plan, including Starter (₹499).

Question 3

Which plan do most finance YouTubers pick?

Accepted Answer

Creator (₹999/mo, 7 scripts) fits a weekly finance upload with room for market-event extras, and is the most popular plan. Channels publishing 3 videos a week pick Pro (₹1999/mo, 15 scripts). Multi-host finance channels running separate English, Hindi and Hinglish channels should talk to us about Studio. Fixed monthly scripts, no rollover, prices include GST.

Question 4

Does Fact Check handle stock-market and mutual-fund claims?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every numerical claim (NAV, returns, AUM, expense ratio) is labeled with source + confidence. Misattributed claims surface for editorial review before publish. The agent does not provide live market data — research is point-in-time from publicly cited sources.

Question 5

Is the SEBI rewrite layer based on the 2024 advisory framework?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The rewrite layer encodes the June 2024 SEBI advisory framework for finfluencers — trigger-phrase detection, disclaimer templates, 12-item pre-publish checklist. Same framework that powers the free /tools/sebi-cheatsheet PDF.
